About
Kate
Hi, I’m Kate, a therapist passionate about helping people navigate the complexities of anxiety, self-worth, and relationships. I believe therapy is most powerful when it’s tailored to the unique story you bring into the room. My work blends evidence-based practices like mindfulness and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) with depth-oriented approaches, including Emotionally Focused Therapy, attachment-based work, and psychodynamic exploration — all through a compassionate, feminist lens.
In our work together, you'll find a space where your experiences are honored, your feelings matter, and your healing unfolds at your pace.

I've been working in the field of mental health counseling for over fifteen years in a variety of settings. Getting to know so many unique individuals has been one of my life's greatest joys. I love spending time with my husband, two kids and our occasionally unpredictable rescue pup Hazel. You may even spot Hazel snoring next to me during session!
